Hi, I’m Tina, a Product Designer based in Berlin.

I always had some innate traction to connecting the dots and understanding the way things tend to work.

Back in 2020, I was hired as the 1st design hire at the early-stage mental health startup. From product to website design, discovery, UX writing, and email communication, I played a big part in scaling the product, team culture, and processes. Since then, we have grown from 10 people to 45+.

I’ve got a bit of a FOMO personality, which keeps me on the lookout for growth and new experiences. I need to learn, experiment, feel inspired – that’s a part of me, and that’s what I try to embrace.

I enjoy and value retrospection, experimentation, diverse cross-functional teams, quality async work, curiosity-driven learning, autonomy, working alone but together, end-to-end design, and side projects as a creative outlet.
